Requirements
Candidates must possess an educational background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience, and have at least 6 years of experience developing and implementing AI models and algorithms. Strong knowledge of Python is required, along with hands-on experience working with LLMs and other Generative AI models, and experience working with AWS or other cloud providers.
Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust AI models to solve complex business problems, oversee and direct projects from scoping to release, ensure the performance and reliability of AI and machine learning systems, coordinate efforts across teams, mentor and actively drive the technical skills of the immediate or extended team, design and craft prompts to guide AI systems, and contribute to the broader engineering/enablement and product strategy.
