Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in Health & Wellness, consumer product SaaS.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to grow affiliate programs and drive significant revenue.
  • Network Knowledge: Deep understanding of affiliate networks (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin) and tracking technologies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools.
  • Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Self-starter attitude with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
  • International Experience: Experience with international markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Program Ownership: Own and manage the affiliate program, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partner Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-quality affiliate partners and networks.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates, promotions, and exclusive deals to drive performance.
  • Campaign Optimization: Optimize and grow affiliate campaigns by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day affiliate operations, including tracking, reporting, and resolving partner issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to support affiliate needs and provide compelling assets.
  • Data Analysis: Work closely with analytics teams to build dashboards and improve attribution accuracy.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
