Requirements

  • Engineer’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or a related scientific discipline
  • Over 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience, with at least 3 years independently supporting mapping procedures
  • Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Fluency in English and Slovak, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Independent, responsible, and decisive, with flexibility and willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work in electrophysiology labs and achieve vendor credentialing

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and laboratory staff on the use of the mapping and ablation system, including generators, software, pumps, and accessories within the Banska Bystrica and Kosice region
  • Conduct training sessions to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure acceptance
  • Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows
  • Collaborate with the education team to support the development of training centers
  • Share best clinical practices with colleagues to optimize the customer experience
  • Work with service engineers on technical troubleshooting and provide feedback to marketing on system use and new product development
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers and manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset
