5+ years accounting experience
Strong/advanced proficiency with Sage accounting software (Sage Intacct, Sage 100, or Sage 300)

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Process and review AP/AR transactions, billing, cash receipts, and payment runs
Utilize Sage software to streamline accounting workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities
