Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least five years of experience in an international group environment (accounting/reporting)
Experience with ERP systems (Sage or Business Central is a plus)
Strong Excel and data organization skills
Familiarity with intercompany and multi-entity environments
Solid understanding of Swiss GAAP FER and/or German GAAP
Excellent English skills; German is a plus
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, understands group structures, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment

Responsibilities

Manage accounting for sales subsidiaries, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, monthly and annual closings, ad-hoc reports, and budgets
Track and reconcile intercompany balances and coordinate settlements in collaboration with global accounting
Take ownership of the monthly and annual closing processes for international subsidiaries
Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for international subsidiaries (Swiss GAAP FER)
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
