Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of Foodservice accounts, with accountability for growth, retention, and profitability
  • Deepen customer relationships by executing tailored outreach, driving reorder cadence, upsells, and long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine channel strategy, customer segmentation, and whitespace opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—BDRs, Finance, Ops, Merchandising, CX, and Food Safety—to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation while surfacing customer insights, trends, and opportunities
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in pursuing high-margin, strategic opportunities and walking away from misaligned ones
  • Regularly report on account performance, blockers, and pipeline health in team meetings
