Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of enterprise software or security technologies sales experience, selling into large and complex organizations, and to CISOs. They must possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a strong sales process using both in-person and online presentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment through new business development. Experience in cultivating senior-level relationships and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles is also required.

Responsibilities

They will engage C-suite executives and key stakeholders to position HackerOne as a strategic security partner, aligning solutions with business objectives. Responsibilities include owning and managing complex sales cycles, multithreading across departments, navigating procurement processes, and driving long-term customer success. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting presentations and demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging methodologies like Salesforce, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message for pipeline management and forecasting.
