Responsibilities

  • Lead art vision as the main artist in the core game team, defining how art plays in the game, supported by art directors and department
  • Create 2D art as primary skill, with opportunities to work on other specialties like UI, 3D, and animation (T-shaped artist role)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers, PMs) to shape game design, find fun, and contribute to overall experience
  • Collaborate with other areas like Marketing to define art themes using real player data
  • Transform GDDs into playable mobile games and help define development pipelines
  • Solve problems and obstacles efficiently during development
  • Iterate quickly on solutions for gameplay and player experience (work fast, fail fast, correct fast)
  • Build and evolve workflows, including defining how and when to use Gen-AI, which tools to adopt, and ensuring output quality and consistency
