Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of Blue Mountain Resort Security experience
Must have First Aid Certification and CPR
Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
Must hold a valid Ontario Driver’s License
Must be well-versed with computer applications such as MS Office

Responsibilities

Support the Manager, Security while ensuring the complete implementation and success of resort security
Oversee tasks, handle situations and create an environment that ensures maximum level of protection, safety and comfort of guests and staff
Promote a professional work environment while ensuring standards and expectations for exceptional service delivery are met
Assist in the development and implementation of standards of operation and policies
Ensure processes and procedures are in place to protect company assets from theft and/or damage; work together with those responsible at the resort for implementing controlled access, camera monitoring and other security monitoring devices
Assist in training and managing the performance of Security staff
Keep detailed professional reports of incidents should they ever be required for court
Document and/or review all security incidents entered in the security incident log
Notify the OPP when appropriate to ensure the safety and integrity of the Resort
