Requirements

Current student enrolled in an Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field — or a recent graduate
Ability to work full-time (preferred), Monday–Friday during the internship term
Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL headquarters
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Demonstrated interest in information security/cybersecurity and eagerness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with multiple internal teams
Nice to have: familiarity with basic cybersecurity concepts (malware, phishing, network defense), exposure to security tools, or coursework/certification-in-progress such as CompTIA Security+

Responsibilities

Assist with daily security monitoring by reviewing alerts and events from tools such as SIEM, GuardDuty, and MSSP, and escalating suspicious activity to senior analysts
Support incident response activities, including documenting and tracking incidents and observing containment/remediation steps led by the team
Conduct threat intelligence research on emerging threats and vulnerabilities from internal and external sources and summarize key findings for the team
Learn and assist with basic configuration or usage of security tools (ticketing systems, monitoring dashboards, reporting tools)
Maintain logs, reports, and process documentation to support the Security Operations function
Follow established security procedures and escalate questions or findings to senior team members
