Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a security engineering role. Experience with cloud environments such as AWS and GCP, including IAC, is required, along with familiarity with security tools like Wiz and Okta. Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as HITRUST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and operate security tooling and services in both cloud and on-premises environments, including AWS and GCP, Snowflake, and IAC components. You will monitor the security landscape for suspicious activity, investigate security incidents, and coordinate incident response efforts. Additionally, you will assist with vulnerability assessments, analyze results, and collaborate on remediation, ensure compliance with security standards, develop security awareness training, and document security incidents and reporting to management.
