Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of identity governance and administration
Experience with access management and compliance reporting
Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices
Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging global delivery capabilities (method, tools, training, assets)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution
Engage with stakeholders to align project goals and facilitate effective communication across all levels
Ensure delivery of services meets highest standards of quality and security
