Requirements

Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and relationship management skills
4+ years of experience in Equities or Fixed Income, Securities Lending, Financing markets, or Delta One strategies (APAC market knowledge is a plus)
Strong technical skills: proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL, Python, VBA, or Business Objects preferred

Responsibilities

Manage BlackRock’s APAC Equities and/or Fixed Income securities lending book, driving revenue and performance
Develop and implement trading strategies using company, sector, and market analysis to deliver market-leading returns in a risk-aware manner
Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including prime brokers and financing partners
Work with global trading teams to improve efficiency, enhance revenue, and mitigate risk
Partner with Quantitative Research and Algorithmic Trading teams to advance systems and analytics
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of trading and operations
