Responsibilities

  • Deliver secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources
  • Support capabilities to achieve and sustain the Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy
  • Participate in on-call rotation to resolve priority IAM requests outside standard working hours for 24/7 operational resilience
  • Perform day-to-day operations for IAM platforms and services
  • Manage incidents, changes, and problems related to IAM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance, risk management, and IAM program enhancement
