Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Utah)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions to clients in Utah. As a clinician-founded national private practice group operating in 48 states, Thriveworks is dedicated to helping people live happy, successful lives by prioritizing client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. Compensation

• Up to $120,900, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Utah:
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • CMHC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Must be licensed and living in Utah.
• Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Behavioral Health Generalists, open to seeing couples and/or children.
• Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles/supervisors are encouraged to apply.
• Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
• Enjoy being part of a team and working collaboratively for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Utah.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Engage in professional development and team collaboration.
