Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of IT/software project experience, with 1+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, SDLC, and IT delivery processes
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience working with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • CSM / PSM certification (mandatory or highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Identify and remove technical and organizational impediments impacting IT delivery
  • Work closely with IT leadership on resource planning, release cycles, and DevOps alignment
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
  • Track and report on Agile KPIs (velocity, cycle time, defect rate) to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum framework, Agile values, and IT governance standards
  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within IT/software teams
  • Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and IT delivery standards
  • Ensure collaboration and efficiency to deliver scalable, high-quality IT solutions
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs
