Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study)
- At least one year of work experience in Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics
- Bilingual – proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
- Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
- Cross functional interests, ambitious and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
- Strong soft skills: skilled networking creation, influencing skills, constantly learning, positive and ownership profile
- Familiarity with scaled Agile framework
Responsibilities
- Drive the team to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles, practices, and values
- Monitor the team’s progress towards goals by focusing on performance improvements
- Lead the team in tracking and removing impediments
- Lead team efforts in continuous improvement through effective retrospectives
- Evaluate and assess the agile maturity of the team; coach team to higher levels
- Build a trusting environment with focus on problem solving
- Facilitate team meetings; daily stand-up, iteration and sprint planning, retrospectives, etc
- Aid with communication, improving transparency
- Provide guidance to Product Owner and team on maintaining backlog and sprint planning
- Provide support and coach the team on effective work breakdown, estimation and planning
- Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Iteration (PI) planning and follow-up
- Ensure strong collaboration with Scrum Coordinators and Software Quality Assurance
