Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification, with at least two years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Experience leading remote teams is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The Scrum Master will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while coaching and guiding the team to adhere to Scrum values and principles. They will collaborate with the product owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress, monitor team performance, report progress to stakeholders, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
