Experience with routine to complex sample preparation and analysis procedures to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds in various formulations
Knowledge of SOPs, GMPs, regulatory procedures, and guidelines
Training on operation, maintenance, and theory of complex analytical instrumentation
Ability to work in a GMP laboratory setting with PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Fully onsite availability in Middleton, Wisconsin (no relocation assistance provided)

Responsibilities

Independently perform routine to complex sample preparation and analysis procedures for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds, including stability and analytical testing
Review and compile results, comparing data against SOP acceptance criteria, methodology, protocol, and product specifications
Train on and independently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex analytical instrumentation; mentor others in troubleshooting
Complete laboratory documentation accurately according to SOP and GMP standards
Navigate OOS/OOT/Atypical investigations, lead investigations, perform Root Cause Analysis, and propose CAPAs
Perform work assignments accurately, timely, and safely; independently manage QC responsibilities
Communicate project status to project leaders, identify gaps, and anticipate roadblocks in project workflows
Coordinate laboratory activities of team members in conjunction with the lab supervisor
Assist with study design and protocol authoring; lead data evaluation and study close-out
Independently complete QA-facing tasks; author and lead more complex tasks
