Requirements

Deep hands-on experience in mass spectrometry for large molecule characterization, with specific expertise in one or more of: intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, and PTM analysis
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (preferred); B.S. with 5+ years of directly relevant industry experience also considered
Experience with scientific programming in Python or R (plus)

Responsibilities

Operate as a Trusted Scientific Partner: Dive deep into clients' R&D mass spec workflows to identify critical data challenges and provide expert consulting
Develop Tailored Solutions: Design and configure innovative solutions using Genedata Expressionist, translating complex client requirements into technical reality
Guide Client Projects: Act as the scientific lead and main point of contact for client projects, coordinating from conception through successful implementation to meet or exceed scientific and technical goals
Articulate Scientific Value: Partner with the sales team as a scientific expert, conducting product demonstrations for prospective clients
Be the Voice of the Client: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D), translating feedback into insights to shape the platform
Share Your Expertise: Develop and deliver scientific and technical presentations to peers and clients, including at industry conferences, workshops, and client meetings
