Responsibilities

Provide individualized counseling to students at school site during operating hours to meet unique needs and achieve treatment goals
Establish and manage a caseload in alignment with supervisory guidelines
Offer prevention, intervention, and support services to identified students to reduce barriers to academic success
Participate in client staffing sessions to identify issues, establish treatment goals and objectives per Burrell guidelines, and manage assigned cases
Provide emergency services and swift aid during emotional crises
Provide or coordinate comprehensive follow-up services for all clients to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with school counselors to coordinate student support and facilitate access to community resources
Conduct clinical assessments and deliver interventions to students and families at school site during operating hours
Serve as a liaison to ensure services reach all family members and enable seamless coordination of care
Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling services to support student well-being and academic success
