Previous experience in Media Industry or Data Entry (distinct advantage)

Responsibilities
Work closely with Programming, Marketing & On Air, Ad Sales and Technical Operation teams to produce and deliver high-quality television products in line with brand strategy and company objectives in a multi-territory environment
Prepare and export daily transmission log (playlist) for assigned channels based on approved Scheduling Workflow, within assigned deadlines and in line with programming priorities, Ad Sales needs and Legal regulations
Perform quality check of Log files (programs information, sales, promotion campaigns, presentation, primary and secondary events, etc.) prior to export to Play-Out
Provide daily log reconciliation within approved deadlines and reports to other departments upon request
Create and update Break formats and Break patterns in accordance with required Ad Sales time, Programming and Communication strategy
Create monthly make list (all required primary and secondary graphic elements such as station ID, bumpers, bugs, etc.) and create respective elements in BMS in line with EU Naming Convention
Create in BMS all primary promotion elements (promos) for on-air communication of assigned channels, accurately reflecting communication specifics, legal/commercial restrictions and in line with EU Naming Convention
Apply EU communication strategy for each communicated title in accordance with assigned Priority and in line with SoV Targets of the channel
Manage inventory – ensure all elements created in BMS are in line with EU Naming Convention and inactive campaigns are archived in a timely manner
Ensure all short elements (primary and secondary elements) are booked/applied in BMS using Promo Optimization and other available tools (Logo elements spanning completed no later than 1 week prior to commencement; Promo elements spanning completed no later than 2 weeks prior to log export to broadcast)
Stay updated on new BMS functionalities and tools, EU communication strategy newsletters and updates, Programming Highlights and Grids
Reporting – weekly 5’15; monthly commercial time report and promo campaign reporting
Maintain and update thorough information of the market and competition schedules; suggest opportunities and notify of possible threats for TWDC channels’ performance based on market observation
Ad-hoc job-related duties and reports when required
