Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Previous experience in supporting the bidding process
In-depth knowledge of project management/scheduling software Primavera and Tilos
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and prepare master engineering and planning schedules
Provide risk assessment and value engineering input
Develop the Work Breakdown Structure
Develop Preliminary Project Baselines Schedules
Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines
Support schedule risk analysis and schedule contingency determination
Develop network logic to support integrated engineering schedules
Develop cash flow and resource curves based on project estimates and the project schedule
Analyze contractual requirements and milestones; compliance analysis of the schedule
Coordinate multidisciplinary team involved in providing inputs to the Work Breakdown Structure
Develop Baseline Schedules reflecting engineering and construction logic sequencing
Develop Schedule narratives demonstrating that Proposal Schedules accommodates Contractual requirements, as Submittal requirements, Construction Phasing and Staging Plans
Perform analysis of schedule data; communicating issues, and areas requiring attention to the Engineering Project Team
Coordinate monthly schedule reporting, including schedule forecast updates and schedule contingency management
Other duties as required
