Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in supporting the bidding process
  • In-depth knowledge of project management/scheduling software Primavera and Tilos
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare master engineering and planning schedules
  • Provide risk assessment and value engineering input
  • Develop the Work Breakdown Structure
  • Develop Preliminary Project Baselines Schedules
  • Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines
  • Support schedule risk analysis and schedule contingency determination
  • Develop network logic to support integrated engineering schedules
  • Develop cash flow and resource curves based on project estimates and the project schedule
  • Analyze contractual requirements and milestones; compliance analysis of the schedule
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team involved in providing inputs to the Work Breakdown Structure
  • Develop Baseline Schedules reflecting engineering and construction logic sequencing
  • Develop Schedule narratives demonstrating that Proposal Schedules accommodates Contractual requirements, as Submittal requirements, Construction Phasing and Staging Plans
  • Perform analysis of schedule data; communicating issues, and areas requiring attention to the Engineering Project Team
  • Coordinate monthly schedule reporting, including schedule forecast updates and schedule contingency management
  • Other duties as required
