Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable maintenance and electronic experience and/or education (documented in work/education history)
  • Basic computer knowledge/skills
  • Knowledge and ability to work with 480 volt 3 phase electricity
  • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical automated process control systems, PLC operations, inverters, and basic electricity

  • Willingness to travel for advanced training classes

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets
  • Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
  • Performing PM (preventive maintenance) tasks on equipment daily and weekly
  • Performing troubleshooting activities daily
  • Being proactive in reducing downtime on all mechanical equipment
