Candidates should possess team leadership experience in a similar role or as a Technical team lead on multiple SAP projects, including cloud-centric projects, along with leadership skills to provide direction to the consulting team and act as a trusted advisor to the client. Several full lifecycle projects demonstrating the ability to document, construct, communicate, and deliver SAP-based solutions, including cloud elements, are required, alongside experience with SAP S/4, ECC, and Non-SAP system administration. Knowledge of SAP ERP modular areas is beneficial for integrating with the broader consulting team, and experience with BTP tools and services such as Business Application Studio, Work zone, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Document Management Service, SAP Hana Cloud, and Cloud Connector is essential.
The SAP Technical Manager will collaborate with business, functional, and project management teams to gather and formulate the technical needs of the client, document and construct SAP solutions that connect to both SAP and Non-SAP tools and systems, and deliver these solutions to satisfy the business and technical requirements. They will provide hands-on contribution as part of the team, offering technical leadership and guidance to the project and business teams while ensuring on-time delivery of the technical needs. The role involves constructing technical solutions for client needs using SAP BTP Tools and Services, provisioning and developing thought leadership collateral, leading small delivery teams, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing and developing the Technical team to align with organizational goals.
