Requirements
- 14+ years of SAP experience with 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional experience
- 4+ years of experience in S/4HANA
- Expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Billing and Invoicing, Customer Master Data, Output Determination, Returns and Credit/Debit Memo Processing
- Understanding of IDoc processing, RFCs, and EDI in SD/LE scenarios
- Strong process understanding of OTC lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills
- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts
- Good to have experience in integration or support in Logistics Execution (LE) components such as Outbound Deliveries, Shipping, and Transportation
Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Contracts
- Collaborate with MM, FI, EWM, TM, and Technical Teams for seamless end-to-end process delivery
- Participate in data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities
