Requirements
- 5 to 6+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
- Solid experience (3-5 years) in SAP FAM (Financial Asset Management)
- Equivalent experience in SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) is also acceptable, preferably in the following sub-modules (in order of relevance/importance): Treasury and Risk Management, Credit Management, Collections Management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Applications management for the SAP FAM system of a major client in the insurance industry
- Occasional involvement in minor implementations and roll-outs for the area
- Daily interaction with client counterparts (who are also performing support) based onshore
- Work seamlessly with onshore counterparts and DXC resources from other centers to ensure smooth delivery of support
- Receive training provided by onshore counterparts on the client solution
- Build upon the training foundation and properly document it for further cascading within the DXC organization to ensure knowledge retention
