Requirements

Responsibilities

Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Labor und Lieferanten
Eigenständige Verwaltung von Proben aus präklinischen und klinischen Studienproben
Empfang von Studienproben, manuell oder mit einer elektronischen Datenbank (Watson-LIMS)
Verteilung von Studienproben an Analysten für Probenanalysen
Selbständige Durchführung und Dokumentation von Bestandänderungen, Entsorgung, Rücksendung von Studienproben
Verwalten der Watson-LIMS basierten Studienprobendatenbank und Unterstützung bei allen Prozessen, die damit verbunden sind
Die Kennzeichnung und Dokumentation der erhaltenen Studienproben
Verteilung von Referenzmaterialien
Überwachung der Kühl- und Gefrierschränke mit entsprechender Dokumentation und Wartung
Durchführung aller Aufgaben in Übereinstimmung mit den GxP Vorgaben und nach den Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Prozessoptimierung und der Erstellung von Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
