Requirements
- Expertise in designing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions integrating Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Experience with JD Edwards Oracle and other systems (CRM, ERP, analytics)
- Ability to architect and implement multi-system integrations ensuring data consistency, synchronization, and smooth user experiences
- Proficiency in developing high-level architecture documentation (data models, flow diagrams, integration patterns, API specifications, data flow mappings)
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Ability to run POCs and product assessments for AppExchange packages and vendor add-ons
- Strong knowledge of security architecture in Salesforce for application data and APIs
- Experience leading integrations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems (JD Edwards Oracle, email platforms, third-party data sources, eCommerce)
- Skills in designing/implementing API-driven integrations (REST, SOAP, event-driven: Pub/Sub, Platform Events, Webhooks)
- Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading between Salesforce and external systems
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and custom automation tools
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions integrating Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Experience with JD Edwards Oracle and other key systems
- Architect and implement seamless, multi-system integrations for data consistency and smooth user experiences
- Develop high-level architecture documentation including data models, flow diagrams, integration patterns, API specifications, and data flow mappings
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in solution design
- Run POCs and product assessments for AppExchange apps and vendor add-ons
- Lead integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems for campaigns and customer segmentation
- Design and implement API-driven integrations using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures
- Develop and execute ETL processes between Salesforce, JD Edwards Oracle, and other systems
- Define and apply integration best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions
- Provide hands-on leadership in development using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and automation tools
- Lead implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign management, customer journeys, and personalized marketing
- Conduct code reviews ensuring best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical strategies aligned with business goals
