Requirements

  • Expertise in designing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions integrating Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Experience with JD Edwards Oracle and other systems (CRM, ERP, analytics platforms)
  • Ability to architect and implement seamless, multi-system integrations ensuring data consistency, synchronization, and smooth user experiences
  • Proficiency in developing high-level architecture documentation, including data models, flow diagrams, integration patterns, API specifications, and data flow mappings
  • Knowledge of compliance with data privacy, security, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Ability to run POCs and product assessments around AppExchange package apps and vendor-built add-ons on Salesforce
  • Good knowledge of security architecture within the Salesforce platform in areas around application data and APIs
  • Experience leading integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems such as JD Edwards Oracle, email platforms, third-party data sources, and eCommerce platforms
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing API-driven integrations using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Platform Events, Webhooks)
  • Skills in developing and executing ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading between Salesforce, JD Edwards Oracle, and other systems
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and custom automation tools
  • Capability to lead implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for campaign management, customer journeys, and personalized marketing
  • Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues
