The role requires proven experience as a Solution Architect in Salesforce and Contracting technologies (especially Conga CLM), strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, deep knowledge of Contracting processes and legal operations, and experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect are highly desirable.
