Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce or 7+ years experience developing for other platforms, most specifically within Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Demonstrated mastery in relational databases

Responsibilities

  • Support Salesforce CRM products, including third-party software integrations, specifically within Service Cloud
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Thunder's Customer Success Manager (CSM) and clients
  • Delegate cases to all project team members
  • Be accountable for each project team member’s performance within the project
  • Manage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basis
  • Work on and resolve cases within the specified SLAs
  • Handle all basic administrative and development functions such as, but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, etc
  • Handle basic Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations (e.g., appexchange installations, outlook integration)
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
  • Collaborate with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Participate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application design
  • Provide an accurate status report to the project lead consultant
  • Provide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements
  • Act as the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Developers
  • Subject-matter expert who can provide assistance to anyone who seeks help
