Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, sharing/security model, and governor limits
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools: Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, etc
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and basic knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial
  • Experience with Copado, Github / bitbucket or equivalent Devops tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
  • Customize standard Salesforce objects and develop custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automations
  • Participate in the design and implementation of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes
  • Assist in deployment activities using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards
  • Document technical solutions, user stories, and design specifications
  • Daily administration and support of our Salesforce implementation including but not limited to: user setup, object / data model updates, process automations
  • Propose solutions to business requirements using Salesforce capabilities
  • Provide L3 support for ongoing operational projects
