- Lead the development and integration of high-level business processes across departments
- Collaborate with the data governance team to define data standards and maintain clean, high-quality data
- Manage user access, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and user groups
- Oversee data imports, cleansing (e.g., sales leads, contacts), and maintenance
- Maintain Sales and Service Clouds, build custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights
- Perform regular database maintenance, diagnostic tests, and data cleansing procedures
- Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, provide training and ongoing support to end-users
- Document system processes, error reports, and updates to field history tables
