Responsibilities

  • Support back of house functions: unpacking/packing shipments, organizing stock room, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies/procedures
  • Flex between front of house roles: greeter, runner, cashier, phone answering, and other store needs
  • Partner with Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service
  • Assist with inventory and stock management
  • Maximize storage and capacity in all product and supply categories
  • Assist with investigation and rectification of inventory discrepancies
  • Contribute to low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy at all touchpoints: receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts
  • Work with sales team to provide exemplary customer service: assist with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations
  • Have proper understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transactions
  • Meet store and metric goals
  • Ensure brand mission is brought to life for every customer
  • Provide assistance to Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
  • Consistently act within rag & bone core values
  • Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
