  • Participate in the Top-Notch Rookie Year onboarding program and develop a broad understanding of the values, beliefs, and processes core to GreatAmerica
  • Focus on all aspects of the financing process, shepherding finance transactions with customers through each stage of the sales process
  • Communicate credit decisions to customers
  • Create agreements
  • Research accounts
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect information
  • Gather data for forecasting
  • Assist a team of cross-functional members in building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and flawless execution of program transactions
