Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales goals are consistently met and service standards are executed according to company guidelines
  • Act as an extension of store management, leading and role-modeling for Sales Associates
  • Maintain a service-centric floor environment, ensuring all customers are attended to
  • Complete management-level operational tasks as needed
  • Ensure all staff on duty display best-in-class customer service, clienteling, and sales interactions
  • Meet store and metric goals
  • Grow and manage clientele
  • Support senior management in delivering product knowledge to staff
  • Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects
  • Ensure the store is opened and closed according to company guidelines
  • Contribute to low inventory shrink and inventory accuracy through consistent execution of inventory touch points
  • Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
  • Model and teach store associates to support a positive client-centric environment
  • Diffuse conflict within the team, take ownership of contributions to team/store environment, and escalate to management when necessary
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
  • Consistently act within core values of rag & bone
