Responsibilities

Act as an extension of store management, serving as a leader and role model to Sales Associates on service standards and company policy
Ensure all customers are attended to and maintain a service-centric floor environment at all times
Complete management-level operational tasks as needed
Ensure all staff on duty display best-in-class customer service, clienteling, and sales interactions
Meet store and metric goals
Demonstrate product knowledge and support senior management in delivering this information to staff
Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling
Partner with Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
Ensure the store is opened and closed each day according to company guidelines
Contribute to low inventory shrink and inventory accuracy through consistent execution of inventory touch points
Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
Model and teach store associates to support a positive client-centric environment
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
Consistently act within core values of rag & bone
