Prior work experience in a client centric, sales environment
Style-savvy, people-centric, and hustle-happy (enthusiastic about fashion and fast-paced environments)
Strong sense of fashion and ability to emulate the brand aesthetic
Extensive product knowledge and strong selling skills
Authentic clienteling abilities
Knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
Part-time availability of 15-30 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-day availability

Responsibilities

Support a best-in-class level of customer service
Meet store and metric goals
Embody the brand mission and introduce it to customers
Provide assistance to the Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
Assist with inventory and stock management
Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone
Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by the organization
