Requirements

  • Prior work experience in a client centric, sales environment
  • Style-savvy, people-centric, and hustle-happy (enthusiastic about fashion and fast-paced environments)
  • Strong sense of fashion and ability to emulate the brand aesthetic
  • Extensive product knowledge and strong selling skills
  • Authentic clienteling abilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures
  • Part-time availability of 15-30 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-day availability

Responsibilities

  • Support a best-in-class level of customer service
  • Meet store and metric goals
  • Embody the brand mission and introduce it to customers
  • Provide assistance to the Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
  • Assist with inventory and stock management
  • Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
  • Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone
  • Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by the organization
