Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance of assigned agents (average of seven) and achieve results through consistent recruiting, training, and supervising activities
  • Continuously prospect for agent candidates
  • Regularly work with assigned agents, supervising and monitoring their job functions including sales and collection activity
  • Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Provide service for agencies without an assigned agent
  • Report to the District Manager
  • Spend 50-100% of time in the field (in-office and field work as business dictates) to recruit, train/develop, and support agents in assigned territories
