  • Based in Moscow or ready to move to Moscow (with company support for relocation >50 km from permanent residence)
  • Final-year students or recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of drawing insights from data

Responsibilities

  • Partner externally with key national retail chains and/or online retailers
  • Understand clients’ and shoppers’ needs and contribute essentially to client meetings
  • Collaborate with other P&G Sales managers to co-develop business plans and prepare for external negotiations
  • Make commercial recommendations for a variety of worldwide-known brands
  • Improve P&G's sales by suggesting strategic choices
  • Work alongside leaders from departments such as Brand Management, Finance, etc
  • Lead at least one or several ambitious business projects from Day 1
