Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales education strategy aligned with business goals and product priorities
  • Design comprehensive education programs focused on procedural, technical, and commercial excellence
  • Evaluate industry benchmarks, sales methodologies, and learner needs to continuously evolve training programs
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma and extremities procedures, surgical workflows, and technical product details
  • Integrate clinical rationale and evidence-based practice into sales training curricula
  • Partner with internal medical teams and external experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to co-create and deliver training programs
  • Manage contracts with HCPs/HCOs, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
  • Facilitate alignment between customer-led education programs and internal business objectives
  • Deliver training using a blended approach: live workshops, digital modules, simulations, and virtual learning environments
  • Identify and implement innovative learning platforms to enhance accessibility and learner engagement
  • Partner with internal communications and marketing teams to deploy content across the most effective channels
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support product launches, sales readiness, and clinical education
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Clinical to ensure alignment across teams
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Define KPIs, learning objectives, and feedback tools to measure effectiveness of sales education programs
  • Analyze learner data and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of market trends and evolving sales needs to anticipate future training demands
  • Participate in annual planning and budget cycles with ownership of education-related investments
  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership to prioritize spend and manage programs in alignment with P&L requirements
