Requirements

  • Nice to have but not mandatory - B.A./B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment
  • 8-10+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong track record of running a net-new business acquisition team
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
  • Previous experience with enterprise email marketing and/or marketing automation solutions - preferred but not essential
  • Being bilingual is an advantage in an EMEA language, such as French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Be the Sales Leader for the EMEA North and South Sales team
  • Provide directional leadership for a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives or Mid Market Executives
  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of each Account Executive
  • Consistently meet/exceed the outlined metrics as a manager - ARR closed won / Pipe generation / Linearity / Forecast Accuracy
  • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring, and development strategies. Accountable for building your own bench for backfills and expansion
  • Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and technology toolsets
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Business Development, Solution Consulting, Marketing, our Partner network, and the Iterable Executive team. Proactively identify and implement new strategies to improve the sales cycle
  • Strong organisation/prioritisation skills; proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
