Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary team member partnering with inventory planning teams at assigned accounts to execute inventory, order fulfillment, and replenishment targets for retail stores, e-commerce, and distribution centers across all Toro residential product categories
  • Ensure Toro supply chain functions comply with customer requirements and align purchase orders with current and projected product availability
  • Lead compliance violation dispute, documentation, and resolution processes for assigned accounts
  • Load consistent, accurate, updated data and information into Toro’s and assigned account’s operating systems to facilitate on-time in-full (OTIF) product deliveries
  • Create, maintain, and distribute analytics to key stakeholders, including retail actuals vs. plan, out-of-stock levels, purchase order status, vendor managed inventory/consignment levels, and other prioritized business-critical reports
  • Participate on cross-functional teams in the demand forecast process to ensure shipment and retail volume flows meet divisional financial objectives, balancing seasonal demand and production capability
  • Provide insights and guidance on retail sales forecasts by product category, suggesting updates to ensure inventory availability, allocation, and in-stock status for on-time delivery commitments
  • Recommend order configurations based on sales and inventory data, and facilitate optimized truckloads and shipment timing with distribution centers and freight carriers
  • Travel up to 10% to partner with inventory planning teams at assigned accounts and optimize sales operations execution
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested
