Candidates must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a current CI Poly, full-scope poly preferred, and experience operating in classified environments. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 8 years of related work experience is required, along with a strong understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts. Security-related certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CASP, or equivalent are also required. Broad understanding of FedRAMP and IL constructs, as well as knowledge of governance and compliance, specifically with FAR, DFARs, CUI, and CMMC, is necessary. Strong JAVA development experience is required, and experience with Radiant Logic, Ping and Delinea solutions is preferred.
The SailPoint Engineer will execute all tasks outlined in the scope of work with minimal oversight, working with clients to analyze and understand their needs and objectives. They will collaborate with Senior Engineers on more complex engagements, provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, and serve as a level of mentorship for Associate and Level I Engineers. This role involves documenting project progress, issues, and resolutions, escalating complex issues as needed, and consistently self-reviewing work to improve quality. Additionally, the engineer will spend a portion of their time developing corporate strategy, assisting with brand identity, and supporting operations, while also dedicating time to training and skill development and providing guidance to junior engineers.
