Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM/EWM and well-versed in S4 HANA/ECC with good analytical skills
  • Domain experience in at least one of: Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defence, Hi-Tech manufacturing
  • Played roles like workstream lead or Solution Architect for Manufacturing work areas
  • Experience in scoping, designing, configuring SAP modules, and implementing them in projects
  • Knowledge of SAP modules integration with third-party tools (MES/LIMS/Track & Trace etc.)
  • At least two full cycle implementations experience in any of the modules (ECC or S/4HANA)
  • Cross module integration knowledge i.e., PP/QM integration with SD, PP, MM, QM, PM & EWM
  • Experience writing functional specifications and testing new functionalities
  • Experience in delivering technology guidance, proof of concepts, enterprise portfolio assessments, industry best practices reviews, and technology leadership workshops
  • Experience in providing user trainings and conducting workshops for business
  • Must have skills: SAP
  • Good to have skills: SAP PP/QM, SAP PPDS, SAP EWM, SAP TMS, Enterprise Architecture, MES Apriso and Siemens, oil & Gas, Digital Manufacturing
  • Certifications such as SAP ECC/S4 Hana certificates for respective modules (added advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead/work closely with business and client stakeholders to understand pain points, diagnose problems, design SAP-based solutions, and facilitate deployment
  • Support and train users on business processes related to SAP modules and implementation
  • Responsible for SAP support: plan configuration activities, configure products per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries on requirements and solution design
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop new SAP S/4 HANA business, drive sales by participating/leading end-to-end sales origination to conversion
  • Own and drive responses to SAP Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Knowledge and experience in leading S/4HANA transformation proposals and projects
  • Practice Development: Reimagine, build, and transform client business/operations by developing cutting-edge assets, tools, methodologies, PoVs, research, white papers; support Go-to-market offerings development
  • People Development: Manage and mentor teams of consultants and technologists; provide input/guidance into talent strategy; participate in engagement and capability development activities
