Requirements

Must have 3 months of working history with one employer listed on the application
Prefer 3 months of operator experience
Must have legible handwriting
Computer experience preferred
Must be willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours
Must be willing to complete all required training for the job
Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation (walking, bending, standing, lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis; exposed to warm/cold temperatures, wet/humid/dusty conditions, moving mechanical parts, high places, outside weather, risk of electrical shock, vibration, toxic/chemicals, extreme heat, loud noise)

Perform various positions as required/assigned
Visually inspect all floor equipment and make adjustments when needed
Monitor the product throughout the processing phase
Operate the meat side equipment properly
Maintain and operate the equipment to provide quality product for customers
