8+ years in finance or accounting post qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a leadership role in finance or accounting
Recognized accounting qualification; Chartered Accountant is required with audit exposure
Knowledge of fundamental internal controls
Experience in working in a shared service environment
Proficiency in English language
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills including collaboration, influence, and strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across functions and various levels of the organization

Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of all RTR activities for the company including general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, foreign exchange, fixed asset accounting, statutory accounting, cash applications, and intercompany accounting in compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements
Build an RTR team and lead through the standup and separation of RTR activities from the former parent company
Liaison with internal and external auditors for walkthroughs, testing, rationalization, and harmonization of controls
Develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the RTR organization, including a process for tracking, executing, and measuring continuous improvement initiatives
Establish Service Level Agreements with key stakeholders and ensure compliance with the agreements
Routinely review performance against key metrics with stakeholders and develop improvement plans for performance shortfalls
Serve as escalation point of contact for key stakeholders (Controllers, Consolidations, Tax, Treasury, other functions) for RTR inquiries
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
