Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable to shifts in daily priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work hybrid with a minimum of two days in person per week (every Tuesday and one other day)
  • Located in Boston, MA, with required on-site presence

Responsibilities

  • Traffic-management of royalty statements and payments due to royalty recipients
  • Process royalty payments: financial system processes, royalty report distribution, data entry, archiving, and filing
  • Communicate in a clear and respectful manner with royalty recipients and colleagues at GBH
  • Utilize internal and external resources to locate, connect with, and enroll in GBH systems “missing” royalty recipients
  • Facilitate updates and changes of payor and payee information in GBH systems and files
  • Maintain department files, including expansion, archiving, and digitization
  • Work with royalty team to prepare and/or inspect large amounts of data
