Responsibilities
- Participate in 3 diverse 6-month rotations across ION's core capabilities (e.g., Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Product Implementation Services, Consulting and Delivery Services, Sales and Account Management, Corporate Development, Project Management)
- Spend first rotation in home office, with possible second or third rotations in another location
- Work in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts at the forefront of the FinTech industry
- Complete thorough induction program
- Quickly take ownership of challenging tasks after induction
- Transition after 18 months to a deeper dive in one area of ION
